KM Impressions currently offer a series of intensive makeup courses intended for those who desire to train in the art of make-up to an advanced level including owning their own cosmetic line. Each course provides basic principles and techniques that translates to more advanced skill levels once the techniques have been mastered and practiced. Upon completion, students will have gained experience and knowledge of health, safety and hygiene practices and an essential understanding of how to prepare the skin and apply make-up for a variety of professional work as a make-up artist. Contents include; day, evening, bridal/special occasion, media make-up, as well as high fashion and glamour makeovers.
All classes are taught with interactive live demonstrations and we encourage class participation for maximum learning experience. Our class size is kept to a minimum to allow us enough time to work with each student individually throughout the class. Training is provided under the direction of Kim Mittelstadt, a professional, qualified make-up artist who brings more than twenty-five years industry experience and expert knowledge
to her classes.
